MEMBER MEETING MARCH '06: Joann Berryman comes to talk to the club about her vast experience with goldfish.

Excellent presentation on goldfish types, care, health, and showing these amazing pond fish.

Thanks again for coming to speak to the club about your special love and admiration for goldfish.

2006 FESTIVAL OF FLOWERS: This event is done just about every year. The club offers all kinds of plants, garden accents, wind chimes, pond accessories and plants at this event.
2006 FREDERICKSBURG BUS TOUR:  A fantastic field trip the club puts on every year. A bus whisks members away to scenic Fredericksburg and Marble Falls Tx to check out some amazing water plants at Pau Hanna Farms.  Then it's on to downtown Fredericksburg for delicious German food.
Don't eat too much, much more to do, this trip still included Becker's Winery and the Wild Seed Farm.
MEMBER MEETING JAN '06: Richard Mendez taught us to build our very own dechlorinators that we can simply hook up to our hoses. From now on this important piece of equipment will save everyone lots of money from having to buy liquid dechlorinator all the time for our ponds.

Pat & Nikki Rayburg spoke on Purple Martins, their habits, how to attract them to our yards and how to make our yards Purple Martin friendly with gourds. These wonderful birds will accept pre-made plastic gourds or homemade ones.

**UPDATE : 2-27-06 THEY ARE ARRIVING! Nikki Rayburg states that they are setting up house! 10 birds as of today. Should be about 50 birds by the time they are all here.
So it's your time to learn all you can from two great pond family members.

2006 GUEST SPEAKERS: A diverse array of both member speakers and outside connections to the club that gave amazing presentations on varied topics.

From Mexican free tailed bats and their contributions around the yard and pond area to Feng Shui as it relates to your home and outdoor spaces.

Guest speakers included: Richard Mendez, Norma Quijano, Sir Oliver Smitty, Pat Rayburg, Carlos Flannery, Joan Berryman, Art Lee and many more!

CHRISTMAS PARTY '05: What a fun and festive event! Filled with plenty of Holiday cheer and smiling faces.

Thanks to Melvin and his wife for being such wonderful hosts!

SAN ANTONIO POND TOUR '05: You'll find over 132 pics of the 14 ponds on tour. An excellent example of some of the ponds and water gardens in the San Antonio area. Special thanks to all the great pond owners and volunteers that helped on the pond tour day. A even bigger thanks to all the great folks from in and around SA that came to this festive and fun event!

2005 FREDRICKSBURG BUS TOUR: Despite the cold, brisk morning, the sun came out to give members a wonderful day to enjoy Libby's plants at the Pau Hana Farms nursery. Then it's on to downtown Fredericksburg for delicious German food. Don't eat too much, much more to do, this trip still included strawberry picking and the Wild Seed Farm.
FESTIVAL OF FLOWERS '05: A rather enjoyable time set up to introduce others to the fun and alluring joy of having a pond or water feature.

MEMBER MONTHLY MEET '04:  These are pics from 2004 monthly member meet.
